U.S. Wheat Penny Domed Coin Earrings

A simple set featuring one of America’s most collected coins, these U.S. Wheat Penny Domed Coin Earrings are made from authentic Lincoln Wheat cents and shaped into a softly rounded, domed profile. Their warm copper tone and classic design make them an easy everyday accessory with a meaningful connection to American history.

The Lincoln Wheat cent was introduced in 1909 to mark the 100th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln’s birth. Designed by Victor David Brenner, it was the first regularly circulating U.S. coin to feature a real historical figure. Lincoln’s portrait appears on the front, while two wheat stalks frame the denomination and country name on the reverse. The Wheat cent design remained in production through 1958. 

Each pair includes genuine U.S. Wheat cents dated from 1909–1958, with the year selected at random unless otherwise specified. The copper coins are available with either a naturally aged patina or a 24k gold-plated finish. Sterling silver dangle hooks complete the design, while the domed shape adds dimension and catches the light as the earrings move.
